Denise Holmes has been Patrick Gaffney’s legal assistant since 2001. She has over 30 years of experience in the area of family law in Clearwater.

Lisa Kalman | Senior Paralegal

Lisa supports Mr. Damianakis, focusing on litigation, estate planning, real estate, and corporate matters. Lisa takes pride in producing efficient and thorough work product for the clients we represent. Lisa is married and has one daughter and enjoys spending time with her family.

Bridget Yurecka | Paralegal

Bridget assists Mr. Damiankis’ clients through the probate process, meeting long-term estate planning goals and facilitating real estate transactions. Bridget’s responsiveness and communication skills ensure that clients stay informed throughout all steps of the legal process. Bridget is married, has two sons, and is a board member of Eight O’Clock Theatre, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Terese Gaffney James | Bookkeeper

Terese assists by managing the firm’s financial records, payroll, and all finance related matters. She is retired from a 40+ year career in Truist banking. Terese is married, has one son and enjoys spending time with family, reading, and cooking.
